Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure the club is safe and clean. You will perform safety checks, handle repairs, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, working opposite the Facility Operations Manager's schedule.

Responsibilities include keeping the building and grounds in top condition, performing routine maintenance, participating in safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Able to work in a stationary position and move around the club for extended periods.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
