Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to ensure the facility stays clean and welcoming while delivering great customer service. The role involves stocking supplies, maintaining locker rooms, and upholding Life Time's presentation standards.

You will perform daily cleanup, assist with towels, monitor consumables, and respond to member questions about Life Time services and policies, supporting a safe and enjoyable club environment.

Qualifications

• Must provide great customer service.
• Ability to bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Able to work in a steady, stationary position and move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals align with department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
