Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in Medford, MA to maintain cleanliness and deliver excellent customer service. You will keep the club clean, stocked, and aligned with Life Time’s presentation standards, while assisting members with inquiries about products, services, and policies.

The role includes daily maintenance tasks, towel handling, locker room upkeep, and following budgeted usage for supplies. Physical ability to lift and stand for extended periods is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

++Position Requirements++

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
