Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Facility Ops Team Member in Massachusetts to maintain cleanliness and deliver friendly member service. You will keep the club tidy, stocked, and in line with Life Time standards, while supporting towels, locker rooms, and supplies management.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to budget for cleaning products, and responsiveness to member questions about Life Time offerings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables and cleaning products follow the department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
