Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain the cleanliness of the club facilities and provide excellent customer service. The role includes stocking supplies, keeping locker rooms orderly, and ensuring presentation meets Life Time standards.

Primary duties involve daily cleaning, towel handling, and assisting members with questions about Life Time products and services. This is an hourly position with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move about the club for extended periods.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables and cleaning products follow the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.25 and pays up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.
