Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Saint Louis Park, MN is hiring a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering excellent customer service. You will maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, manage towels, and ensure locker rooms meet Life Time’s standards.

You will respond to member questions about products and policies. This hourly role pays $13.25–$15.75 per hour based on experience and qualifications, with Life Time benefits available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
