Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an energetic Facility Ops Team Member to uphold the cleanliness of the club while delivering exceptional member service. The role ensures the facility is clean, stocked, and presented to Life Time’s standards.

You will handle towel stocking and locker room upkeep, respond to member inquiries, and assist in maintaining safe, welcoming spaces. This hourly position offers growth and comprehensive benefits with experience and qualifications considered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and lift 20 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Must be able to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Monitor use of supplies and chemicals per budget guidelines.
• Answer member questions about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
