Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness and deliver excellent member service at our Wilmette location. The role involves keeping the club clean, stocked, and aligned with Life Time's presentation standards.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance tasks, towel handling, locker room upkeep, and addressing member questions about Life Time products and services. This hourly position offers growth opportunities and contributes to a welcoming, safe club

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.

• Ensures locker room consumables and cleaning products follow the department budget.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time'sstandards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
