Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to ensure the club is clean, stocked with supplies, and meets Life Time’s standards of presentation while delivering friendly service to members.

You will perform daily maintenance, wash and stock towels, monitor locker rooms, and respond to member inquiries about Life Time products and policies.

This is an hourly, on-site role with full-time benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables and cleaning products are used within the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
