Job summary

Life Time in Burr Ridge, IL is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while assisting members with questions about Life Time products and services. You’ll help maintain restrooms, towels, and locker rooms to Life Time standards, and support daily maintenance and safety tasks.

The role is an hourly position with pay starting at $15.25 and up to $18.25 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include subsidized membership and 401(k) etc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand, move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables and cleaning products follow department budgeted quantities.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.25 and pays up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.
