Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facilities Ops Team Member in the Bellevue area to maintain a clean, well-stocked club and deliver friendly service. You will keep locker rooms tidy, manage towels, and ensure supplies meet Life Time’s presentation standards.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and positive member interactions, supporting daily club operations. This is an hourly position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a stationary position and move around the club for prolonged periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.50 and pays up to $23.25, based on experience and qualifications.
