Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to help keep the club clean and welcoming for members. You will be responsible for maintaining clean spaces, restocking supplies, and upholding Life Time’s standards of presentation while delivering friendly customer service.

The role supports a safe, organized environment across the facility, including locker rooms and common areas. A positive attitude and reliability are essential to thrive in this team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
