Life Time Inc. is looking for a Facility Ops Team Member to uphold cleanliness and service standards across the club. You will keep the space tidy, ensure towels are stocked, and respond to member inquiries about products and policies, contributing to a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates will maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the facility, supporting daily operations and guest satisfaction in a busy fitness club setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility or janitorial cleaning is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 20 lbs regularly.

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures usage of locker room consumables and cleaning products follows department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
