Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to help keep the club safe and clean. You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed, adapting to Life Time's needs.

In this role you will perform safety checks, oversee general repairs, and coordinate routine maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order. A High School Diploma or GED and 3–4 years of maintenance experience are required, plus CPR/AED

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
