Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the club. You’ll work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed. Adaptability is essential to meet Life Time's needs across the club.

You will oversee building upkeep, safety standards, and routine maintenance, coordinating with teams to keep equipment functional and compliant with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Able to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
