Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee safety and cleanliness of the club, working opposite the Facilities Operations Manager and serving as Manager on Duty when needed. The role requires adaptability to Life Time's needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, safety, performing repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates correctly, plus participating in safety inspections. A flexible schedule is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift routinely more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Flexibility to meet business needs with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of building and grounds.
• Ensures facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and inspections.
