Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure safety and cleanliness across the club. You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

This role requires adaptability to Life Time’s needs and ongoing attention to safety and maintenance. The position involves supervising safety checks, general repairs, and routine maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years facility maintenance experience.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and move 20+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of the building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs to keep equipment working.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment operates correctly.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
