Job summary

Life Time seeks a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure safety and cleanliness across the club. You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and step in as Manager on Duty when required. Flexibility to meet Life Time's needs is essential.

Responsibilities include supervising cleaning, safety, and repairs, plus routine maintenance to keep equipment operational. CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment works.
• Participates in safety training and inspections.
