Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in Illinois to help keep the club clean, stocked, and welcoming while delivering exceptional member service.

The role centers on daily cleaning, towel upkeep, and locker room maintenance in line with Life Time standards of presentation and safety.

This hourly position offers starting wages of $15.25 up to $18.25 per hour based on experience, with full-time benefits including a subsidized membership and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the budgeted amounts.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
