Job summary

Life Time Inc. is looking for a Facility Ops Team Member to help keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering excellent guest service. You will ensure the facility meets Life Time’s standards of presentation and be ready to assist members with questions about products and services.

This hourly role starts at $15.50 and can grow to $18.50 based on experience. Full-time team members receive comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
