Job summary

Life Time Inc. Naperville is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly customer service. The role ensures the space is spotless, stocked with supplies, and presented to Life Time standards throughout the day.

You will perform daily maintenance, tidy locker rooms, manage towels, and assist members with questions about Life Time products and policies. Wages start at $15.50 and can go up to $18.50 per hour based on experience and

• Must be able to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and move about the club for extended periods.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
