Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facilities Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming. You will wash, stock towels, and ensure locker rooms are neat while delivering friendly member service.

The role emphasizes adherence to Life Time standards, daily maintenance tasks, and safe operation of supplies and chemicals. This hourly position starts at $15.50 with potential to earn up to $18.50 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and lift up to 20 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• Customer service experience or friendly, helpful demeanor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper use of locker room consumables and cleaning products according to budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
