Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain the club’s cleanliness while delivering friendly customer service. You will help keep the facility stocked and up to Life Time’s presentation standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, towel handling, locker room upkeep, and addressing member questions about Life Time offerings. The role is hourly and comes with extensive benefits for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move about the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
