Sentara Health in Woodbridge, VA seeks a Manager of Facility Operations to oversee Life Safety and Environment of Care, plan and supervise plant operations and maintenance, and drive safe, reliable facility performance.

You will lead teams, manage budgets, coordinate service delivery, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requires at least 4 years in maintenance management and a High School degree.

Competenze

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control plant operations and maintenance activities.
• Maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in safe working condition.
• Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes.

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions.
• Maintain the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds in an operative and safe working condition.
• Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes.
• Participate in the work activities of assigned teams by providing assistance and serving as a technical resource.
• Coordinate delivery of high-quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Must have 4 yrs of maintenance management experience.
