Clean Harbors in Hebron, OH seeks a Facility Operations Manager I to oversee drum pumping, tank farm operations, and recycling/distillation processes. You will supervise multiple shifts, develop production goals, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Under the General Manager, you will manage personnel, review profitability, and drive throughput while maintaining compliant waste management and OSHA-aligned SOPs in a safety-first environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Perform multiple site-specific plant operations such as drum pumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading in DOT-compliant manner.
• Oversee and manage multiple areas and shifts within the facility.
• Supervise and develop multiple Operations Supervisors, Plant Foremen and plant operators.
• Ensure proper waste routing and management according to specified efficiencies.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on personnel functions including hiring and development.
• Develop daily production goals and ensure execution.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
