Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking Solvent Process Operators at our Hebron, OH facility to join a safety‑driven team. You will learn to operate distillation units, perform sampling, transfers, and unit maintenance while following standard operating procedures.

Shifts are nights 7pm-7am with training on days and opportunities for overtime, wage $24–$25 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential after training. This role offers health benefits after 30 days, a 401(k) with company matching, and growth

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate distillation units and associated equipment safely.
• Offload inbound tankers and sample materials for lab analysis.
• Complete daily checklists and maintain unit logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety SOPs and process specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and report issues.
