Bureau of Prisons/Federal Prison System is seeking a Facility Operations Specialist (Facility Manager) to lead maintenance operations across buildings and grounds at the facility. You will set goals, priorities and oversee repairs, construction, and installations through supervisors, ensuring compliance with policies and budgets.

The role also entails managing a large operating budget, driving process improvements, and maintaining security as part of the institution’s core duties.

• Establishes goals, priorities and work projects for all maintenance operations.
• Directs and coordinates the operation, repair, maintenance, construction and/or installation of machines, tools, equipment, buildings and grounds through subordinate supervisors.
• Monitors activities to ensure conformance with agency policies, maintenance standards, planning and budget constraints.
