Clean Harbors located in Belpre, OH is looking for a Facility Operations Manager to join their safety‑conscious team. The Facility Operations Manager is responsible for management of all plant operations such as overseeing plant operations.

Pay: $70,000-75,000 DOE & 15% annual bonus potential

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple site‑specific plant operations such as drum pumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, wastewater treatment, fuel blending, shredder operations, inventory and waste tracking using scanning application, and proper warehousing requirements.
• Oversee 4‑5 direct reports.
• Ensure proper waste routing and management according to specified efficiencies.
• Analyze and review profitability of the facility in conjunction with the Director.
• Ensure that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures and hold employees accountable.
• Develop daily production goals for multiple groups and ensure execution.
• Review all applicable SOPs.
• Understand and drive Clean Compliance standard.
• Emphasize productivity, health & safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that each project has an operating plan and that facility personnel follow it.
• Perform onsite supervision, training and mentoring of employees.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and as required by the Clean Harbors business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience is required.
• Experience working in a chemical plant, wastewater treatment plant, or related industrial plant is preferred.
• Knowledge of waste disposal regulations is a plus.
