Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Experience managing teams in an industrial environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians and set performance expectations
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage for uptime
• Conduct performance reviews and on-the-job training
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and inspections
• Maintain accurate operational logs and incident reports
• Enforce OSHA safety policies and PPE and electrical safety protocols
• Serve as on-site contact for inspections and audits
