Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance/engineering roles.
• Strong mathematical skills with arithmetic, percentages, fractions, and basic algebra.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and communicate technical concepts in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and time‑keeping or other business software.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Directors with manufacturing operations to meet cost, quality, and quantity targets.
• Direct and supervise daily activities of staff in the designated department.
• Admin tasks: interviewing, training, time‑keeping, attendance, and conflict resolution.
• Enforce safety and GMP regulations and communicate policies to employees.
