Welbilt Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee daily mechanical functions, maintenance, and logistics of the showroom and demo kitchens. You will manage building operations, HVAC, repairs, vendor coordination, and event support.

The role requires 8+ years of facility management experience, forklift certification, and strong safety knowledge; you will lead two janitorial staff and ensure OSHA compliance while optimizing costs.

Formación

• 8+ years of facility management or operations experience in a showroom, training center, or customer-facing environment.
• Maintenance and HVAC system monitoring experience is strongly preferred.
• Forklift certified is required.
• Supervisory experience with janitorial staff (two direct reports).
• Familiarity with MEP.
• Strong knowledge of facility systems and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall functionality, safety, and cleanliness of the facility, including showrooms, demo kitchens, test kitchens, meeting spaces, and warehouse areas.
• Coordinate general repairs, HVAC maintenance, cleaning services, lighting, plumbing, and other essential systems.
• Maintain facility readiness for client visits, product demonstrations, and corporate events.
• Operate a forklift to assist with receiving, moving, and storing equipment and supplies.
• Oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring all work meets company standards and compliance guidelines.
• Manage facility-related budgets and inventory for supplies, tools, and materials.
• Support logistical needs for events and demonstrations, including setup and teardown.
• Ensure OSHA and other safety regulations through training, inspections, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
