Job summary

Welbilt is seeking a dependable Janitorial & Special Projects Specialist for our Coppell, TX facility. This full-time role runs 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

CST, Sunday through Thursday, with training Monday through Friday day shifts. You will perform daily janitorial tasks and lead deep-cleaning projects to maintain a clean, safe environment for demonstrations, training, and events. Responsibilities include room setups, demonstrations, hospitality support, and everyday facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with employees and visitors.
• Must follow all safety policies and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment throughout offices, restrooms, common areas, breakrooms, and customer-facing spaces.
• Perform deep-cleaning activities and special projects as scheduled.
• Safely operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment.
• Support room setups, demonstrations, and hospitality activities for events.
• Assist with kitchen vignettes, equipment displays, and floor care tasks.
• Maintain building entrances, walkways, and exterior areas.
• Identify and report maintenance, repair, and safety concerns.
