Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management or operations experience.
• Forklift certified is required.
• Knowledge of safety, OSHA/EPA/ADA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, safety, and cleanliness of showroom, demo spaces and warehouse.
• Coordinate HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other essential systems.
• Operate a forklift for receiving, moving, and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Manage facility alarms, vendor communication, and maintenance scheduling.
• Oversee budgets, inventory for supplies, tools, and parts; manage contractors.
• Ensure readiness for client visits, product demos and corporate events.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and incident reporting.
