Job summary

Welbilt is seeking a dependable Janitorial & Special Projects Specialist for Coppell, TX. The role combines daily cleaning with deep-cleaning projects, equipment operation, and occasional support for events, reporting to the Facility Manager. Working 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in commercial janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Clear communication and collaboration with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, conference rooms, demonstration kitchens, restrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, empty trash and recycling bins, and replenish supplies.
• Maintain kitchen vignettes, equipment displays, stainless steel exhaust hoods, and appliances.
• Perform routine floor care, sweeping, mopping, and operate floor-cleaning equipment.
• Maintain building entrances, walkways, and exterior areas with approved tools.
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, shop vacs, floor scrubbers and power washers.
• Assist with meeting room setups, demonstrations, training events, and hospitality functions.
• Identify and report maintenance, repair, and safety concerns.
