GROWMARK FS LLC is seeking a Facility Ops Coordinator to oversee product logistics and inventory across warehouse locations. The role includes operating forklifts, managing deliveries and invoicing, and supporting dispatch functions to meet business objectives.

Candidates should have an associates degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in facility operations, with a valid CDL and a strong focus on safety and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience in product facility operations, inventory, and logistics.
• Must obtain/maintain a valid CDL with endorsements and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrates strong organization, leadership, communication, and teamwork to support logistics goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage product logistics, inventories and distribution to facilities.
• Operate forklift and loading/unloading equipment safely.
• Process delivery, transfer tickets and invoicing.
• Provide backup for centralized dispatch functions.
