GROWMARK FS LLC in Eighty Four, PA seeks a Facility Ops Coordinator to lead product logistics, manage inventories, and support dispatch. You will operate forklifts, oversee loading/unloading, and ensure accurate invoicing and delivery tickets while collaborating with warehouse and sales teams.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience, a valid CDL, and the ability to work extended hours during peak production. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in an applicable field or the equivalent
• 3+ years of related work experience in product facility operations, elevator operations, and equipment operations
• Valid CDL driver’s license with applicable endorsements and clean driving record
• Ability to work extended hours during peak production times

Responsibilities

• Manage product logistics, inventories and distribution to facilities
• Operate forklift and loading/unloading equipment
• Complete delivery tickets, transfer tickets, and invoicing
• Serve as backup for centralized dispatch functions
• Maintain facility appearance and safety according to company standards
• Collaborate with logistics to meet company goals
• Back-up CDL driver as needed
