Job summary

GROWMARK FS is seeking a team member to assist daily operations at our retail facility. You will help maintain the location, manage inventory, and support distribution while delivering excellent customer service in all interactions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads. This role requires flexibility for seasonal hours and adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ years of retail-related work experience.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Frequently lift 51–70 lbs as needed.
• Work frequently in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
• Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with proper safety measures.
• Willingness to work hours beyond normal to meet seasonal demands.
• Willingness to participate in required training on company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location and follow the facility's maintenance schedule.
• Oversee inventory and distribution of products; drive and deliver items as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse product and materials; assist both full-time and part-time staff.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements and cost reduction while delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the location manager on safety and compliance issues.
