Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to help keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly customer service.

You will maintain indoor and outdoor cleanliness, restock towels and supplies, and ensure locker rooms meet Life Time’s standards of presentation. This role requires the ability to lift and move items and operate in a busy club environment. Attention to safety and following department guidelines for consumables is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a service or retail setting.
• Ability to perform light-to-medium physical tasks.
• Comfort working in a busy club environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
