Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain a clean and well-stocked club environment while delivering excellent member service. You will ensure the facility meets Life Time’s presentation standards and assist members with product information and policy guidance.

The role requires physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 lbs, moving around the club, and standing for extended periods. It is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.00 and up to $21.25 based on experience and

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
