Job summary

Clean Harbors in Dolton, IL is seeking a Facility Coordinator to support receiving, shipping and administration. The role requires teamwork, data entry and familiarity with WIN system, plus attention to detail and compliance with safety policies.

The position is a 1st shift (9am-5pm) with a pay rate of $21 per hour. Ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, 1+ years of related experience, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Fork lift experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work well with a team.
•  
• Maintain strong data entry.
•  
• Shipping and receiving truckloads in WIN system.
•  
• Print and create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels.
•  
• Be detail-oriented and ensure government-regulated manifests are correct.
•  
• Mail shipping documents.
•  
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
•  
• Organize and file plant paperwork and truck-to-truck paperwork.
•  
• Filing, typing and general clerical duties; other duties as needed.
•  
• Maintain proper housekeeping.
•  
• Follow CHES policies and SOPs.
•  
• Keep a safe environment per OSHA and safety protocols.
•  
• Other duties as assigned.
