Job summary

Cherokee Recreation and Parks in Canton, GA is seeking an Aquatics Program Coordinator to oversee guest relations, registrations, facility reservations and Center marketing.

You will supervise part-time desk staff and the Manager on Duty, manage online marketing across apps and social platforms, and maintain event pages while supporting the Aquatics Operations Manager.

• 1-2 years experience in guest relations or program coordination.
• Ability to manage registrations and facility reservations.

Job description

This position includes activities and tasks related to guest relations, facility reservations and program registrations, and Aquatics Center Marketing; including, but not limited to the following activities; greeting and assisting guests with their requests and queries, registering guests for programs and reserving facilities, supervising part-time reception desk and Manager on Duty team members, manage all online marketing through various apps, programs and social media platforms, manages website pages that are directly affected by Cherokee County Aquatic Center events and programming, and provides support for Aquatics Operations Manager.
