Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facilities Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness throughout the club while delivering excellent guest service. You will ensure the space is well-presented, stocked, and aligned with Life Time standards.

You will handle towels, locker rooms, and supplies, while guiding members on Life Time products and policies. This role supports a friendly, safe club atmosphere with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs on a routine basis.
• Able to stand and move for extended periods in a club setting.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Monitor use of consumables and cleaning products per department budget.
• Assist members by answering questions about Life Time products and services.
