Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license.
• Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts.
• Degree in Nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident and staff health services.
• Coordinate medical requirements, including TB testing and pharmacy orders.
• Manage medication ordering, administration, and inventory.
• Complete medical intake processes and maintain records.
• Perform facility inspections for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate projects with the Facilities Manager.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare vendors and inspectors.
• Provide hygiene training and health education.
• Track staff and resident immunizations and testing.
• Maintain first aid kits, AEDs, and medical equipment.
• Ensure proper biohazard disposal procedures.
• Support ACA, PREA, CBCF, and BCS compliance audits.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
