Job summary

You will act as project engineer, planning and design, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to meet milestones.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree (ABET‑accredited) and at least 3 years in foundation design and industrial systems, plus AutoCAD or MicroStation, MS

Qualifications

• Must have a Civil or Structural Engineering degree from a 4‑year ABET‑accredited college/university.
• At least 3 years of experience in foundation design and industrial structural systems (steel and concrete).
• Knowledge of building structural codes to perform design calculations and assessments.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and engineering scheduling tools.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible for FAA Public Trust; U.S. citizen or green‑card with 3+ years of U.S. residency.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site surveys to develop to-scale designs and reports.
• Generate sketches showing installation relations with exact specs and dimensions.
• Participate in construction and final inspections.
• Coordinate design components with a multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare AutoCAD construction drawings and contract documents; develop cost estimates.
• Manage project tasks and communications including safety plans and risk registers.
• Coordinate and complete work permits for lead or asbestos impacts.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to milestones.
