Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance across all pickleball clubs. You will manage courts, facilities and infrastructure, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming environments for members and staff.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, daily inspections, vendor coordination, and strict adherence to safety standards while supporting club operations and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or property management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and repair practices.
• Ability to read safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Strong communication to coordinate with staff, leaders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility inspections and walkthroughs.
• Maintain a daily production checklist for cleaning, inspections and repairs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance on HVAC, lighting, and fixtures.
• Manage painting, drywall and flooring maintenance projects.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and follow PO procedures.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Document repairs, maintenance work and vendor services.
• Collaborate with General Managers and club leadership.
• Coordinate with approved vendors for repairs and services.
• Keep facility updates and repair timelines communicated to staff.
