Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a friendly and reliable Pickleball Lead Attendant to join our team in Overland Park, KS. This role focuses on creating a positive guest experience by keeping courts clean, organized, and ready for play.

You will assist players, manage reservations, and support equipment rentals or sales. Responsibilities include running tournaments, greeting guests, maintaining court safety, enforcing rules, handling check-ins and payments, and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Able to work independently and stay organized.
• Basic understanding of pickleball or willingness to learn.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors when necessary.
• Previous experience in a recreational, hospitality, or sports facility is a plus.
