Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Iowa is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to lead the daily operations of a small 20-person site.

This leadership role supervises a team of site technicians and ensures peak efficiency with the highest standards of safety and compliance. The successful candidate will coordinate schedules, provide ongoing training, monitor environmental conditions, document performance, and serve as the on-site contact for inspections and regulatory inquiries while maintaining logs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical operations role with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Proven experience managing teams in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily schedules and coverage to maintain uptime.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and on-the-job training.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Monitor environmental conditions and direct corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate operation logs and incident reports.
• Enforce OSHA policies, PPE requirements and electrical safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead regular safety walkthroughs and address hazards proactively.
• Serve as the on-site contact for inspections and audits.
