Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a skilled facilities manager in Hawaii to lead maintenance for buildings and grounds. You will plan, schedule, and direct a team of trades workers to ensure reliable operation and compliance with safety and budget goals.

Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates for renovations, overseeing capital projects, supervising staff, and coordinating with management and contractors. Strong leadership, construction or facilities background, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Five years of management/supervisory experience in commercial construction, renovation, facilities management or equipment maintenance management.
• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the same fields.
• PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.
• Microsoft Office products required; AutoCAD and CMMS preferred.

• Ensures utility systems are fully operational and inspected per preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manages assigned associates.
• Prepares cost estimates for renovations or space allocations.
• Communicate with management and contractors; oversee capital projects.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications and maintains buildings/assets.
• Provides support for ecological sustainability issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Minimum
$72,064.00
