Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a customer-facing leadership role or similar operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage cash handling, invoicing, and collections when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth facility performance and customer satisfaction.
• Convert inquiries into rentals, driving occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee records, systems, and administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance and safety checks.
