Job summary

WeBox is seeking a proactive Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, safety, and efficiency of our facilities, including two virtual kitchens, multiple hubs, and an office. You will lead vendor management, maintenance scheduling, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to support business growth.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities or operations, strong knowledge of building systems, and experience managing budgets and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors, landlords, architects, and service providers.
• Control budgets and timelines for facility-related projects.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for facility-related services and equipment.
• Monitor service quality and ensure performance standards are met.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets.

The Facility Manager will lead vendor management, oversee maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinate expansion or renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Maintenance

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, including building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, safety).
